What hospitals in Philadelphia is easy to get a job doing clerical work?

Temple and Einstein mostly hire internally, do anybody know of any other Philadelphia hospitals where it is easy to obtain a job (actually get a interview) as a external applicant?

1. All the hospitals I know you have to know an inside person, or you can send your resume to a contact person 5X's a day. Try HUP
2. Just fill out for all of them its so many hospitals here it crazy. Its hard to get into any hospital just keep at it though.
