Medical Malpractice

Anybody know US employers/hospitals that do direct hire for a foreign RN who has passed all the exams?

I am a licensed RN in the Philippines with no current working experience. I graduated in 2006 (December 2006 licensure exam batch). I passed NCLEX-RN and IELTS. I also have the VisaScreen Certificate. Does anybody know of hospitals willing to petition someone like me who has passed the exams and without working experience but is willing to get trained directly in the US? Thanks.
