How and where to contact orphanages,hospitals,women centers and community centers in Ho Chi Minh city?

Located in South Pasadena, the California Women's Commission on Addictions (CWCA) is a statewide grassroots, membership and non-profit organization dedicated to the reduction and prevention of and recovery from alcohol and other drugs related problems among women, their families and their communities through advocacy, education and community organizing. CWCA is very interested in doing an outreach to Ho Chi Minh City. CWCA will be visiting orphanages, hospitals, women and community centers in Saigon from 7-10 days. Any information, inputs and ideas about those places mentioned above would be greatly welcomed and deeply appreciated! 1. I am not in Saigon but in Romania and doing outreach here, if you are not set on that area feel free to email me. I am teaching english at a mission school and working at a hospital/orphanage here. There is still work to be done here and not enough people or money to fix make life better for all the children.
