Sims 2 Hospitals?

I have seen screenshots of the sims on sims 2 in hospitals with their newborns but I can't figure out how to have the babies born in the hospital or even have a hospital. Please Help!?

1. where'd you see these screen shots? you cant have hospitals in the sims 2, when your sim gives birth its not like real life, they stand their, moan and then it loads up a baby and you can name it. the baby falls from the sky. maybe you saw them using a career rewards that you can get from the medical career.
2. It was either a career reward, or photoshopped. There arent any hospitals in the Sims 2. It is a great game though! I have this one family where I'm on the THIRD GENERATION!!!! :-D
3. more than likley this are custom objects made by different creator and put together for a hospital. Try to see if modthesims2 has some objects that can be used. Simmers who do stories or movies often make use custom items to tell the story they also make use of cheats to make it look as though the sims can do things that they really can't in the game.
4. you can add hospitls to your game threw modthesims but how they work beats me. all my babies have been born at home.
5. You can't make a hospital, but you can use custom items and decorate a room to look like a hospital. That is probably what the other people do anyway. You can buy a medical practice sick dummy table with job points or whatever they're called. You also can heal people by making "potions" if you are a doctor. I made a family that the wife had cancer and decorated a chemo room to look like a hospital room. I do wish you could make hospitals and maybe you can in the next few expantion packs.
