Do we have hospitals in the world that specifically treats SLE patient?

Im in United Arab Emirates.My friend is sick with SLE since 1997.Shes admitted in the hospital now.20% of her lungs fails to function.We cant find a specific hospital or a doctor that knows exactly or deals with patients with SLE here.Please help us.I know that SLE has no cure but patients can live an active happy life even with SLE.I love my friend so much and i want to help her to have a better medical attention if you can refer us to hospitals or doctors who treats SLE.Thank you very much.

1. If your friend is a USA Military Veteran, check with the VA Research Hospital in Mpls, MN 1-800-827-1000. Or the Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN.
2. if ur able to come with ur friend in India(kolkata) here is a institute where sle treatment is done that is school of tropical medicine and also there is good doctors also(like dr. guha), if u have any problem, or wana to contact with me plz mail me in rajibsanyal05@yahoo.com, i will help u, because my wife is also suffering with sle, and her treatment is going on.
