We need to re-open all of the insane asylums and have the death penalty everywhere. Agree?

Just read about the guy who mowed down a bunch of amish schoolkids today. Why would somebody target the amish?? The a-hole Baby Boomers and liberals closed down all of the insane asylums because it was deemed to be cruel to the inmates. So now we have these nuts running around free. Maybe they take their medication, maybe not. Lock the nuts away and I DON'T CARE IF IT IS CRUEL. I care about those poor amish families. We also need the death penalty everywhere. Enough already. You kill somebody and you did it purposely, you're dead. End of story. Life is NOT precious. There are too many of us, and we can do with weeding more than a few out.

The real reason they shut them down was because of funding...they could find better things to do with tax money...like take vacations and pay for prostitues

Mental Institutions still exist. Uh, Andrea Yates just got sentenced to one. There is one in my city. Where do you live? The Death Penalty is foolish. It does nothing to bring back the dead and just continues the cycle of death. Who has the right to kill anyone? The state system, in all of it's imperfections and inaccuracies, certainly doesn't.
Why Open the insane asylums, then they would get overcrowded just like the prisons are, I say Publicly execute them make examples of them and stop pacifying all the Bleeding heart a-holes that say the death penalty is cruel....Bible says an eye for an eye...etc....
