In the movies why are there no fat people in insane asylums?

I know, "insane asylum" is an offensive word now. If any of you crazies are offended then email me for my address. I'll be home by 2:30 to kill you and make the world a better place.

2. Well I know technically Lost is a tv and not a movie but Hurley is a pretty bug guy and he is in a mental institution.
3. i guess it's because they don't get much food, but ive honestly never though about it lol.
