Does anyone know any good really scary horror films set in/about insane asylums excluding session 9? thanks?

I have looked but cant find. i thought session 9 was really good and also a film called mad house was kinda sweet, but ne1 know any more?

4. valospoisongirl13 gave a really good list. The Butterfly Effect (although it wasn't a horror movie, but it was pretty decent). One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (also not a horror movie, but very good) Return to Oz (not a horror movie, but incredibly freaky. Like.... disturbing) The Jacket (really good... watch it. especially if you liked Session 9) The Shining (not set in an asylum, but Jack Nicholson is so crazy, it feels like it is) In the Mouth of Madness (my favorite movie ever... after The Shining) Boo! was acceptable Scanners I haven't seen The Ninth Configuration, but I understand it is quite good.
