how do i get out of a felony conversion,felony?

My ex-wife got a car in her name and a truck in her name while we were still married,knowing that the car was for my use.The car insurance company assigned the car to me as well.I made the payments on the car directly to my ex,usually in the form of a money order for personel safety,but for the last several months i have sent her cash(I moved to florida,she's in north carolina).I did miss some car payments,because i was in the hospital.She went to the police department and put out this warrant.I went to north carolina and turned myself in,and they released me on my own without a bail.I have a court appointed lawyer,but i'd like to know what im in for.Can anyone help with advice.Also what are the punishments for a class H felony?Thanks for your time in reading this.

1. Sounds like your ex is a real b!tch. Sorry Im not so sure what you could be in for since it seems like a case that could go either way but Im going to guess that you would be ordered to complete the payment of the car.
