do you know anywhere in NYC or long island where they still need volunteers for community service?

I am a soph in sept. does anyone know where to do community service in the NYC or nassau. I want to do something in a hospital at the psychiatric ward, anyone know which hospital are still open for volunteers? please give me any suggestion u have...

1. Bellevue Hospital needs volunteers.. They do have a psychiatric department, though I'm not sure if they need volunteers in that particular department at the moment.
