What is the statue of limitation for suing a hospital in New York?
I broke my ankle in 1994 and was placed in a cast by an intern, instead of having surgery, where I would have had pins and screws. My ankle has caused me nothing but pain ever since. I have had all kinds of therapy and finally in 2007 I had to have surgery. My foot is still not fixed, I am wondering if I can sue the hospital, who did not take the correction action in the beginning

- You have a case right there. Thats enough to sue the hospital for emotional and physical harm, wrong disagonise and much more. You should get a lawyer and get a free consultation if you guys have a good case, I bet you'll earn yourself 50 grand or more. But the lawyers will take like 1/3 of it. So if you have 100k and you have the lawyers around 35K you'll still be richer. Do it my friend. Regards:hella Ps the consultation is free (them saying its a soild or not soild case, and if you win you will pay them (some places)
