1. You can fax your resume over to the hospitals your interested in with a cover letter, and also it helps if you have someone who works in the hospital say a few good things about you. Also you can call up and see if they are hiring. People fax, email, and call me all day long looking for work. There is nothing wrong with that. In fact I think it shows a take charge approach and character!
