Dubai, UAE Labour Law on Medical Insurance for Staff and Labourers?

I want to know the specific laws on the medical insurance mandated by UAE Labour Office to employers towards their staff and labourers. What are the basic coverage required? Is there a ratio? Like 50%/50% or 60%/40% sharing on the premium? Hope somebody could help me since our PRO is out of the country and I need to start working on it. Thanks.
