1. i'm not sure but have u tried columbia prebyterial...but i think it's better to talk to someone who know the job better in the hospital
2. i don't know about fertility, but i've been to the ER at Lenox Hill, where my doctor is affiliated, and i had a much better experience there than other ER's i've had to go to...
