Medical Malpractice

can i have this whole thing moved to another jurisdiction?

i have court dates in west virginia, there is a restarining order filed aginst me there which i inadvertantly violated, i thought i could pick up my personal belongings, i was wrong, i was thrown in jail for three days. i have fibromyalgia and complex regional pain syndrome as well as nerve damage in my hands from a car accident. i am medication dependant and extremely sensitive to changes in my enviornment. they gave me nothing, no medication. i take ultram er 300mg, 75 mg lyrica and 60mg morphine everyday. they took me off of all of this, it was torture, i layed on the floor of a shower in the jail for 37 straight hours running cold water over my skin to stop the spiders crawling on me, i eventually lost the sight in my left eye and the feeling in my hands. the gaurds just laughed in my face and told me i was fine. i am still undergoing neurological exams to figure out the problem. at one point my dinner was thrown on the floor and i was forced to scoop it off the floor with my fingers or be chained to the floor for the rest of the night. all of this was in the medical infirmary of the western regional jail in west virginia. i still have not physically recovered form all of this. this also crushed me mentally and left me hospitalized in a psychiatric hospital for 10 days. now they are trying to rvoke my bond, im not even sure why at this point, when i try to call to get information the secreatry just tells me to be in court and they will let me know then what i am dealing with. this is a freakin nightmare and i feel like if they throw me back in there i am going to die this time. is there any way i can have the whole thing moved to ohio? in ohio courts? the criminal charge and the civil revocation of bond thing. i cant afford an attorney and i cant even get to west virginia for the court date. i would give just about anything for this to moved to county where i live because they have a mental health court there and i would be taken care of instead of suffering additional torture because i am ill. i wouldnt even care about going to jail if it was here in ohio. the jail system down there is very different than here.....

  1. When did West Virginia become Gitmo? They won't change state jurisdictions. Try the state capital or Wheeling.
  2. I don't think you can move it to another state, but you DO need an attorney. Try Legal Services and tell them your story to get some help.
  3. what happened to teh miranda warnign if you cann'ot afford a lawyer--one will be provided for you.....
