Medical Malpractice

Does anyone know of any good IMAGES of long stay/crisis stabilisation ward mental asylums?

I need these for research and writing for my own general interest. I need to know what wards look like and the rooms. - and not closed down institutions unless there is no other way, I need active ones.

  1. There is one in Maine that is actually very nice, for a mental stabilization unit. Wallpaper, rug on the floor, 2-bed bedrooms, a laundry room where you can do your clothes for free, a phone for calling out, a crafts room, nurse's station for any help you may need, a kitchen with a fridge, sink, assorted cereals, milk, juice, plates, bowls, cups and plastic silverware, and a microwave oven. The dining room has several tables, some small, some larger, a tv set that is on mostly all of the time, menus that you pick your meals from, and you can pick as much as you want, (many different selections.) And windows to look out on the city. I'm sure these facilities are much more advanced than years ago.! They let you keep your dignity. (Whoops, almost forgot.) There are plenty of games and books, and also puzzles in the living room part of the dining room. And they have activities going on usually a couple of times a day, and counseling.
