2. The most well known mental health hospital in the Montreal area is the Douglas Hospital located in Verdun. The other larger provincial hospital I am aware of is the Philippe Pinel Institute. If you are inquiring about genealogical details, you probably will have to contact their administrative offices and provide some sort of proof of patient relationship to obtain any information. It was here that CIA in collaboration with the Canada defense Research Board conducted "mind control" experiments on students, musicians and mental patients.
