Why are hospitals in Muslim countries crowded with mobs of shouting Arabs jostling the patients?

Always when I see footage on TV of casualties being taken to hospitals in Palestine, there seem to be mobs of Arabs standing around, pushing and shoving the injured people and the hospital workers. Is this a Muslim thing?

9. I remember reading a few weeks ago, I think it was Black Friday, an article about how a Wal-Mart worker was trampled to death by a mob of consumers. The paramedics arrived, and people were pushing them out of the way so they could get in the store to shop. Is this an American thing? When emotions are running high (even over shopping, apparently), people, especially in mobs, will tend to be more violent. Another thing to consider: haven't you ever been to a concert? If so, then you might know that the people in the front of the crowd are not always able to control their own movements. If the mob, not able to see what is actually in front, moves, the people get pushed. At a concert, this can result in people being crushed against the stage; in the cases you mentioned, it can result in people being jostled even though those who actually run in to them are trying not to.

11. Reminds me of when people get crushed at places like Wal-Mart every year when the doors are opened for Black Friday sales. Is this an American/Christian thing? Trampelling workers at a Wal-Mart to get "great deals" on TVs?
12. Because it's more dramatic that way. They feel that if the scene is more dramatic, the world population is more likely to pressure Israel to back off and give them time to re-group and re-arm. However, they have no plans for calling off their psychotic attacks against Israel. If Israel stops the attacks today, the criminal terrorist group called Hamas will be right back to launching rockets into Israel tomorrow, claiming they're doing so in revenge for Israel's "unwarranted & unprovoked attacks against Palestine", even though Hamas is always the first to break any cease-fire agreement.
