My husband is retiring at 62 and is worried about medical coverage and the new Massachusetts law ?

I am looking for answers regarding the new Massachusetts medical insurance law & how it effects someone at 62 that is retiring

1. Well, assuming you're referring to the law that requires him to carry heatlh insurance, either he'll carry it, or he'll get fined.
2. At 65 he is elligible for medicare.
