good restaurants around the Omaha VA hospital?

My dad is in the hospital, and I want to get my mom some gift certificates to a decent (healthy) restaurant somewhere near there. He's in the Omaha VA hospital on 4101 Woolworth Ave. If you recommend a place, please note whether you've actually eaten there or not. Well, in case you come back and check, I'm looking for a restaurant within walking distance (if possible) of the VA hospital, and I think any cuisine will work as long as it isn't spicy.

1. What type of restaurant are you looking for? That VA hospital is not far from Midtown and Downtown, so there are tons of restaurants in that general area to choose from. Edit: I think Madkins covered what I was thinking. Just a heads up that Gorats is a pretty high end place (Warren Buffett says it's his favorite place) and I don't believe there are any restaurants left at The Center Mall.

3. There is a Greek place called The Greek Islands a few blocks East on Center street. It's been a while since I have eaten there but it was great. I don't know if there is anything left in the Center Mall there on 40th & Center.
