how do CNA's get paid in hospitals in chicago and surrounding suburbs? ?

1. I hear they get paid more in the suburbs in the city depending on where and how many years experience they get paid about 8.50-11.00 per hour. If thats what you meant by how they get paid. I speak from 4yr CNA experence in Chicago also from others who told me. Oh and I hear home care pays more than the hospitals also.
