camp lejeune North Carolina tubal ligation?

Has anyone recently had a tubal ligation at The Naval Hospital Camp Lejeune and if so What is the process and how long did you have to wait to get it done. And I don't mean directly after child birth I mean by appointment. I am making an appointment to see my doctor o discuss the process and I am just wondering a rough time frame. I want to get it done before my husband comes home from iraq

1. i am also a military wife. You need to call the hospital and find out if there is a waiting list, ect. Keep asking until you get to someone who can answer your question. If for some reason its too long of a wait you should consider an IUD or intra-uterine device. They last for 5-10 yrs and are inserted into your uterus to prevent pregnancy. And use that until you can get your tubes tied :)
