How can my boyfriend find a job in the field of Mechanical Engineering around North Carolina

My boyfriend is in Hong Kong and he has a degree of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hong Kong (Last year range around top 30 something around the world) and currently working for a hospital as a manager that do work related to Mechanical Engineering like serving their client, the maintaincement of the hospital. At the same time, he is studying for a master degree and is about to finish next year. He has about 3 years of working experience in related job. He is comming to visit me next month and I want him to find a job here so that he can stay with me ^^. We both looking for the jobs that suit him but I don't really know where can I find one. I need your help please. He is a MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

1. There are a couple of job sites specific to Engineers. I suggest he posts his resume on them and look at jobs in the area as well. Also go to the library and using the sic codes for his type of work look at businesses in the area with those sic codes and go apply.
2. Around Raleigh Durham there is a place called Research Triangle Park - very high tech area. Recommend "monster.com" to post resume.
