ERITREAN ASYLUM SEEKER PRIVATE JOURNALIST IN THE SUDAN Mr. Yonas Embaye is seeking political asylum in the Sudan because of Eritrean Government Human Right activity . The Sudanese Commissioner for refugees ( COR ) is considering Mr. Embaye's request for a refugee state . UNHCR in Khartoum Mr. Alexdander Novikai protection officer in Khartoum , is following up the case with COR . In the meantime Mr. Embaye is holding a COR document which confirms his states as a pending case . Mr. Abdelaziz Abubeker assistant of commissioner officer in El Genina said that Mr. Embaye's application will be processed according to the regulation of asylum seeker act of 1974 . The Eritrean Government is against of the free press . And that's the reason why Mr. Embaye was in prison for a long period of time , and even the other private journalist which they still are . The Government of Eritrea only use 49% of the The International Human right Agencies agreement , Community Protect Journalist ( CPJ ) added ten journalist who are still in prison since 2001 . Very intresting information since Independance from Ethiopia, Eritria seems to have sllip back into a more Military form of goverment even though the President is an elected official. Maybe another revolution is warrented and this time a leader can be enpowered that will treat the people that fights for him with my Human Rights. Viva LA Reveloution!!!!
