Chances at georgetown university and university of chicago both early action?

i made a 720 and 680 on SAT II math II and biology M, any chances to georgeown university. i am ranked 4th out of 470. took 10 APs, made one B in my high school career. Intel international science and engieenering fair finalst, published 6 chinese articles. conducted 3 years of lab research. SAT 2090, math 750, verbal 670, writing 670. founded volunteer based club with 30 members, work in hospital. thanks

1. wow thats really good, now I see why gettin in is so freakin hard, i really do not know what it takes anymore, its like they can just pick and choose whatever is to their liking, nonetheless, you have really good credentials.
