What is a good skit for medical malpractice?

I am in my nursing class- and they assigned us skits to do. Well mine is supposed to be about medical malpractice. ne one have n e ideas?

1. yes in for a routine tonsillectomy but operating table was wrong way around so you are now a eunuch
2. Person has a hernia--goes to walk-in clinic, doctor dismisses them and says "whatever, this doesn't need treated"--(wasn't a good enough answer for us)--he followed up with his regular doctor who had him scheduled to see a surgeon. (If one answer isn't good enough, try another, doctors are only human).
