What are some songs about bulimia or children's hospitals?

I am doing a book report and there is a character who is bulimic in the book. For a "creative" part of the assignment, I am making a soundtrack. Does anyone know any songs about bulimia or children's hospitals?

1. "Fatso" by The Story. The quintessential eating disorder song. I heard it for the first time when I was (where else) in a treatment program for eating disorders. It's on Itunes.
2. well theres a song called courage by superchick. but thats actually about anoreixia, not bulimia =/
