my mom is in da hospital sick, unconsious, she is stable, she is not dying, but they got to da point where they dont want to care for her anymore, they said the insurance company wont pay for her to stay there if she is not receiving treatment, she is fully covered, she is on a feeding tube but no hospitals or nursing homes wont except her due to that and the fact that she has a traict, in her throat, so it looks like she gone to be sent home and we care for her, i need help to find out what to do cause if she is fully covered she should be able to stay in the hospital, im not going to starve her to death, please help, this might not explain the situation to good, but i just want to get help

1. If she has insurance and isn't getting any treatment in the hospital, they will kick her out and stop paying. However, if she has insurance and has reached her maximum improvement, her insurance coverage should cover some in-home care for her. Contact the insurance company to see what her in home benefit is. Also, there are some private care facilities that will take her even with a trach. Good Luck
