  2. Novocaine for what? It wouldn't have an effect on a heart that wasn't in trouble to begin with. If you already had a heart problem, it was your responsibility to inform the doctor administering the novocaine.
  3. If he knew or ought to have known what damage it could cause, and the Novacain caused it, and he was negligent in treating this person... etc - i.e. many complex factors are taken into account and you talk to a lawyer, you might be able to sue.
  4. That sounds like a long shot...
