Medical Malpractice

Does anyone know what hospital might be in the Harlem area of Chicago?

I'm a paralegal in a law firm and am trying to track down some medical records on someone. They testified to having been seen at the hospital in the Harlem area of Chicago. I'm not that familiar with Chicago so I wouldn't even know where to begin in finding out on my own.
