Which is the best hospital in nyc/nys to treat a CSF leak?

My mother has had a CSF leak for many years. She had surgery for it in 2003 but it was unsuccessful and she contracted meningitis and had to get a lumbar puncture. She was treated at Mount Sinai Hospital. Does anyone know if there's a better place?
