Hospitals..................?

We all know that they could be better.... But what would you do to improve them ?????

1. robots would be good and they are on the way
2. i would add a variety of cakes to the menu... a happy patient is a healthy patient.
3. follow what india is doing with their hospitals and making them feel like 4 star hotels. hospitals now and days feel like prison cells eww
4. Get rid of all the sick people - they really ruin the atmosphere and so much of the available funds are spent on them that the cleaning just goes out of the window!
5. stop getting rid of staff and making the nurses work on minimal numbers would be a start. Stop running the staff into the ground! Majorly over worked and no thanks from anyone! Management constantly telling staff they can do better, Patients constantly complaining about the care they recieve. Yes i agree it is of a poor standard but seriously you need to speak to the management about that we are only human. And my god stop putting god dam claims in. There is only so much money in the pot if people keep claiming it is going to run out and i will gaurantee the nhs will cease to exist and it will be like america where you need health insurance to be treated by a doctor.
6. We could start a "Sack Camp Pete campaign" !!!
7. Money money money!!! THe NHS could be perfect if it had more money. More qualified staff, better facilities and services, no postcode lotteries, free treatment for all including prescriptions and more public awareness in order to give widespread preventative advice and assessments!! Well that would be a start anyway!!
8. go back to basics.clean,clean and clean!!!!!!!!in the old days matrons ruled and dirt was never seen!now it's all about cutting costs to the detriment of the patients.
