What do psychologist who work in asylums wear?

So it's going to be career day soon at school and that's when the students dress up as what they want to be and I was wondering if anyone knew how psychologists that work in asylums wear?

1. probably scrubs with a labcoat overtop. why on earth would you want to work in an asylum? it's probably more politically correct to say "mental hospital" or "mental ward". be forewarned: working with crazy people like that will make you go crazy.
2. Are you still watching old movies. These places only exist in countries that haven't got any money. You will find most mental patients are more and more mixing in society. Exclusion is only for the really sick and criminal minds.
3. A white overcoat much like doctors do over top their normal wear, usually a business suit minus the coat in most cases.
