Okay i just started going to tsb and where on chapter 2 about law and ethics, and im stuck on some question, i been reading and reading and i just cant find the answer, ,so i would like to know if yall can help me out i would really appericate it. 1. What component or components do all contractual agreements have? a. Offer b. Consideration c. Durable power of attorney d. A and B only 2. The medical assistant's responsibility regarding unethical behavior is to a. Ignore it if not personally involved b. report it if a patient is involved c. report it regardless of who is involved d. report it to the physician Please Help, i been stuck on this 2 question..Thank you so much

1. A contract consists of an offer and consideration. I'll buy your house (the offer) for $100,000 (the consideration). Consideration doesn't have to be money. It could be swapping something for services. The second question I can only answer as it relates to the Code of Ethics in my own business, banking. The answer should be C. What's right it right, and what's wrong is always wrong, no matter who is involved. The physician may be the person to report to in most cases, but he may be the wrong-doer, so that eliminates D as the best answer because you wouldn't report him to himself...unless you like getting fired.
