How hard is it to get a job at a va hospital?

if you have a nursing degree new grad. how hard is it to get a job at a VA hospital? i have a Juvi record from when i was 12 but im 22 no and have not been in trouble ever since

My understanding is that if you had a Juvi record at age 12 and have not been in trouble again, that your record should have been expunged, or erased, once you turned 21 (became an adult in the eyes of the law). Having worked in HR at a VA hospital a few years back, I think that you shouldn't have any problem getting a job there. Just fill out the application, be yourself during the interview process, and you should do just fine. Best of luck ~ hoping that all works out for you !
  3. Who knows you just have to call the human resourses office. Get an app. do what they say to do...if you don't get a job, volenteer if you can then as they know you your chance will be better but assume you will get a job. It might take a few months but call & be nice to the HR person & they are usually nice.
  4. It should not be to hard at all, since they are screaming for Nurses...
