  1. What are you asking. are more people being sectioned due to economic downturn ? and how about jails are they filling up due to same ? what about due process ? in fact this question makes no sense, try again in English next time.
  2. people are taking more anger classes etc. dont know about medical treatments.
  3. Whenever there's been hardship prosperity has prevailed, Charles dickens grew up in a debtors prison, is he not cited as one of the greatest authors of all time? I'm facing certain death from starvation, but hey! i'm going to die anyway so why worry? recessions can come and go we are not long for this Earth, i have a comfy bed with my name on it. I'm 37 and don't think i'll see my 40th birthday and i really don't care if i do or don't. But you can't beat a nice comfy bed, even if that hoor of mine snores like a ferguson massey running on liquid donkey shi'te.
  4. There are very few mental asylums in Britain. We have, so called, care in the community, or as the French call it; social dumping. People are given Council (social) housing, most typically a flat and pretty much left to get on with it. You can be totally insane and have a council flat. Rent and Council tax are paid by the Government. The recession does not really affect these people because they are usually unemployed anyway. But yes, if you lose your home and you are mentally ill you will probably end up in jail.
