Medical Malpractice - Has anyone used the law firm of Alan W. Clark and Associates as a medical malpractice attorney in NYC?

Has anyone used the law firm of Alan W. Clark and Associates as a medical malpractice attorney in NYC?

I need a medical malpractice lawyer in Long Island and I was referred to AWCLaw.com. Any feedback will be appreciated.

was this referral from a tv ad that gave you a number to call and they gave this firm?? if so, don't recommend, since most likely this law firm pays for the advertisement. was this name given to you from another attorney?? is so, then use them. my husband is an attorney and if he cannot handle a claim, he will give the client a name of an attorney he recommends. he usually will call the other attorney and let them know that he is referring a new client for them, so they usually get better legal advice. if not the 2 above, have you or any other family/friends/co-workers ever used an attorney for say; bankruptcy, divorce etc. if they were satisfied with that attorney, then call that lawyer and ask for his recommendation of a good malpractice lawyer. believe me, lawyers know the good and bad lawyers out there, just like doctors know which doctors to never use if they need medical treatment. good luck
