i need a little help understanding abbreviations in the hospital...?

I work at a hospital as a HCA (health care assistant) and i've been doing it for 3 months now and i'm still getting my head around all the abbreviations and I forgot to ask about them today so I was wondering if anyone could help me.. what do the following mean .. - INP - NIDDM - CVA - GI bleed and also what does end stage renal failure mean? and end stage dementia? my patient that has it is NFR hmm anyway if anyone has the answers it would help alooot thanks x ahh thanks, i have tried google for it didnt get any results :( x

2. You need to go to a library and copy down the abbreviations of what you don't know and it is a slap in the Healthcare face to have somebody in the Healthcare field ask what you have asked!
