Why is Obama preaching the need for ?

Why is Obama preaching the need for health care reform when Michelle Obama worked at the University of Chicago Hospital where her job consisted of negotiating higher patient hospital health care rates with insurance companies and Michelle was instrumental in assisting the Hospital in becoming one of the first area hospitals to deny admission to private pay patients on the basis that they had already negotiated pre-authorized higher health care rates with the insurance companies ? Why is Obama trying to reform what his wife used to do when she worked at University of Chicago Hospital......namely induce insurance companies to agree to pay the highest possible medical & hospital bills charged for every patient ? It becomes a cycle ---- Michelle got the insurance companies to agree to pay higher patient bills charged to them by the hospital and, in turn, the insurance companies pass these higher hospital bill costs along to the insured subscriber patient by charging them higher insurance premiums

This will make another government bureaucracy to cause the cost to go even higher when having to pay for the new government jobs. Any perceived cost savings in a reform bill will be offset by the additional cost.
