Where can I find original and real interview tapes from Mental Health asylums?

I am looking for some original tapes from mental health institutes. The would need to be English speaking tapes. the older, the better. Please just send me a link or something as I cant find any anywhere.

3. idk what you're looking for, but if it's to read them (like body language) you can look anywhere. In movies if an actor says "yes i killed them!" you can see a lie, because obviously the actor hasn't actually killed someone. To get a hold of actual video footage of a patient interview would violate the hippocratic law and oath that all medical personel have to take before they practice. Therefore you wouldn't be able to find them.
