  1. google it. i live in tn , so im not much help. or ask someone you might know that has had a baby in the past. and see who they went too.
  2. New York Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Cornell has a level 4 (highest rating possible) neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and only one of two NY hospitals that have an infant heart/lung machine. They have 50 OB/GYNs on staff and of those 50, 10 are high risk specialists, and those 10 deliver more high risk babies than any other hospital in NY. (When I say NY, I mean the entire state, not just the city). Mount Sinai also has a level 4 NICU unit and a well respected labor and delivery unit. Columbia university hospital also has a level 4 NICU as well as the infant heart/lung machine and alot of pediatric specialists (neonatology, cardiology, cardiac surgery, genetics, orthopedics, urology, neurology, neurosurgery, pediatric surgery, and other disciplines) Go tour the hospitals you are interested in and pick which one suits you best. Good luck :o)
