is there a ohio drunk driving medical law?

law that deals with receiving 3 dui's in a 4 year period. requiring 30 day rehab, followed by 6 month follow up with Dr. receiving random alcohol testing, and 2 years of AA meetings.

1. what do you mean? can you drive drunk in ohio as long as you have a medical condition? NO you cant drive drunk in ohio for any reason at any time.
2. Are you drunk now, because that question isn't making any sense?
3. Driving under the influence is illegal in all 50 states. While most folks equate that with drinking and driving or illegal drugs, it's just as illegal if you are on prescription medications. Some states may cut you some slack if you can prove that you were not notified that you should not drive or that it could make you drowsy though every prescription bottle that I've seen in the past 20 years carries plenty of warning stickers if it may affect your ability to drive. The burden of proof is on you for that.
