Will people on disability and medicaid have to?

pay medical costs or a percentage of hospital bills. I only get $674 a month I really can't afford any added bills. They already shut down the mental health hospital down nearest to me, I'll now have to go all the way to Dayton to go to the hospital if I have a relapse or something when before the hospital was only two towns over. It was shut down because of funding cuts in Ohio as far as I know
