i am going to be 18 in june and i dont know how to get health insurance?!?....?

hi.....people((: i hppe you guys can help me?((: well im going to be 18 this june...which means im going to be cut off from my health insurance...which is care source....i dont work and i'll be starting college in fall on financial aid.....i dont know anyone that can help me ....find health insurance. i need something free or very cheap ....i live here in cleveland, ohio. its real important that i get a doctor, dentist and if i ever need to go to hospital. im just clueless on how to start and where to go or who to call? so someone out there please help. thanks-katee
