Medical Malpractice

if i have been unfairly arrested put in hospital by maxine carr the law the medical do nothing?

the newspapers wont print anything and the law the medical put me through hell through incompetence.as for maxine i wish her no harm i never did but she is a nasty piece of work.i have written a story about it all.but the law and the medical wont admit incompetence and the media newspapers cant touch her.i want my story told,i want justice.how do i get it.

1. Get somebody else to rewrite it for you. Consult a lawyer. The papers can't and won't print unsubstantiated allegations against a person. They can't risk ruining innocent lives and being sued for libel. You'd need a lot of proof for someone to help you with this.
2. well the fact is this person has a new identity and i believe there is a court order protecting her new identity. if you feel you have been wronged by her then take her to court wanting justice and having her name splashed all over the papers are not the same thing

4. What exactly are the circumstances ? I'm a bit confused how she would be in any position of authority over you.
