What hospitals in California hire newly RN graduates?

I want to know what hospitals in California more particularly in LA hire newly graduates RN? It seems so hard to find any hospitals that would wanna accept new graduates. Does anybody have an idea where to go. I'd apply online-which is more preferred- to many hospitals but i got no response. It's just depressing.. Any info would be greatly appreciated. THanks a lot!

1. Many do, but they only hire at certain times in batches because they have an extensive training externship set up and they do "classes". Torrance Memorial in Torrance is one.
2. Nobody relishes the prospect of hunting for a job, and the majority of us desire all the help we can get. After being jobless recently I landed a fantastic job after visiting the site in the box below and using their methods for a couple of weeks. give it a try, it certainly helped me.
