Where in North Carolina..?

would you recommend for me to move too? I will be in the medical field so i will need somewhere with a hospital in town or one in another town close by. I would prefer to live on the east coast because i love the beach. i like the small town feeling, so no big cities but not a country country place where there's nothing there and a very low population. So based on what i wrote, is there any good towns on the east coast of north carolina that you would be suited for me?

1. Trust me, a medical job in NC will allow you to live just about anywhere and be close enough to a hospital. There's more unhealthy people here than you can shake a stick at.
2. Sounds like you may like Wilmington. It's not a huge city, but has all the basic amenities, and a cute little downtown with restaurants and shops. And it's by the beach. Has a main hospital plus lots of smaller clinics.
