How much do hospitals pay cna in North Carolina & are there any places that would help me w/the certification?

I've really been thinking about a career change. And I was thinking about becoming a CNA. I live in North Carolina and was wondering what the pay rate is for CNA's in Boone, NC or surrounding areas. Any tips/advice would be great to. And are there any places that pay or help with the certification? Thanks in advance for you help!
