What is a good title for an essay about how insane asylums fight individualism?

I'm writing an essay for my sociology class about mental health facilities, and how their roles in society. Any ideas for a title?

2. "Follow the Routine, or Face the Shock Doctrine" The Shock Doctrine is a book written by Naomi Klein that uses shock therapy as a metaphor for how capitalism is "spread". Most soc profs should be familiar with the book, love it or hate it. In this case, the term "shock doctrine" not only references the form of "therapy"/punishment that's only been out of use for a few decades, but refers to the psychological wearing down of people to make them fit into the routine.
