Will I get into Northwestern, Chicago University or any other Ivy League school?

Will I get into Northwestern, Chicago University or any other Ivy League school? My freshman year was awful. I had a 3.1 GPA on a 4.0 scale. My sophomore year was better, but not great. I ended up with a 3.8 GPA on a 4.0 scale. My junior and senior year, I had a 4.0 GPA. -I took all of my classes in all 4 years as either honors or AP, with 2 APs out of a possible 3 junior year and 4 APs senior year. The highest possible was 5 so I took all the ones that were available except for math. -I got a 34 on my ACT out of 36 but did not take the SAT -I speak 4 languages fluently (English, Spanish, Polish, and French) and took Latin all 4 years of high school -I have been participating in Best Buddies Club all 4 years of high school, Orchestra 2 years of high school, Community Service Club all 4 years of high school, Amnesty International all 4 years, Latin Club all 4 years, Israeli Club all 4 years, and a few other clubs here and there. Keep in mind that my school does not allow students to be presidents of clubs. -I only took 1 year of varsity sports -I have been a member of the National Honors Society for all 4 of my high school years -I wrote a great application essay and am not worried at all about my interview -I have taken at five internships since I began high school, two of them being for business (one was overseas in France) and three being at hospitals -I have been writing for the school newspaper since my sophomore year -I have been playing piano since the age of 4 and have been part of many different competitions and have performed in five small concerts -I have taken 4 years of English, History, Language, Science, Math, and have also taken part in many different arts classes -My mother graduated from the University of Chicago but I have no family that graduated from Northwestern or any other Ivy League School for that matter since my entire family is from Europe -During my senior year, I worked as an assistant to a gym teacher for both semesters -I was accepted into many different writing and art competitions and had a six different writing pieces published in the school's magazine I was hoping that one of you could tell me whether or not you think I could get into these colleges or any college like Harvard, Stanford, University of Pennsylvania, Washington, Brown, Duke, Yale, UCLA, etc... I am hoping to hear that my freshman year will not affect the decisions of colleges too deeply. I also did slightly over 150 hours of community service by volunteering at soup kitchens and at my local YMCA

  1. Probably not but you can go there for graduate school. Undergrad isn't nearly as important as the school that gets you your Master's. Work hard in an okay university these next four years. Maintain a 3.9-4.0 GPA and get into UChicago, Northwestern, and possibly Ivy Leagues the next four years. :)
  2. Your ACT scores are very high! Thats good! I see your a well rounded student with lots of extra-curricular activities; thats really good! Most colleges do not look at your freshman year! I can definitely see you get into those colleges , just apply to as many as possible! They mostly pay attention to your sophomore and junior year! Most important, do a little more research on the right colleges for the career you desire. Don't apply to colleges that have a weak science department when you want to pursue into the science field.
